Order Processing
- Once a new order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order
- Kindly allow us 1-3 working days* to process your order for shipping
- We will send you an email confirmation, once your order is shipped
- You can track your order status from your Bouji Care Dashboard under “My Orders”. Additionally, your tracking details will also be shared on email

Shipping & Tracking
Handling & Shipping Charges
- A shipping & handling fee of Rs150 will be charged for orders under the value of Rs 5000
- Shipping is free for domestic orders above Rs 5,000
- A shipping and handling fee will be charged for all International deliveries. These rates vary based on the products, package size and volume as well as the shipping destination
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout
Policy & Guidelines
- We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders
- Domestic orders will be delivered within 7-8 working days
- International orders will be delivered within 10-15 working days
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details from us as well as our delivery partners once your order has been shipped
- You can also track your order directly from your Dashboard under “My Orders”
- Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a verified mobile number and email address to ensure seamless delivery

Return Policy & Guidelines
Return Policy & Guidelines
- All returns must be requested within 7 days from date of delivery
- All items must be in original condition unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached and in their original packaging. Failing any of these conditions, returns will be rejected
- Rejected returns will not be eligible for refunds
- A reverse pickup charge of Rs150 will be levied for all returns requested
- To return or exchange a product damaged in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery during working hours 10:00 AM to 7 PM , Monday – Friday through email on care@bouji.in

Return Process
- Please check if you are meeting all the requirements listed above in the Return Guidelines before requesting a return for your products
- You can initiate a Return Request from your Bouji Care Dashboard under “My Orders”
- Please allow us 2-3 working days to organize a reverse pickup for returns requested
- You will receive prior information with regard to the reverse pick up organized
- All items must be packed back in their original package and made ready for the pickup from our delivery partners in a timely manner
- Upon receiving the items back, we will inspect them and if they meet the Return Guidelines, we will approve the return and initiate the refund process
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Except for orders paid for by Cash on, for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer
*Please note we reserve the sole discretion to approve or reject any Return Requests. Rest assured we would respond to the best of our ability to resolve any such requests within reasonable compliance, conforming to the returns & cancellation policy guidelines.

Order Cancellation
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can check the order status from your dashboard under “My Orders”
- For orders not yet shipped from our end, you can write to us on care@bouji.in, requesting a cancellation
- However, if your order status says “Shipped” then you will have to request a return once the order has been delivered
- The refund for all cancelled orders will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Except for orders paid for by Cash on, for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer.
